Brittany Gammons is a relational and insight-oriented therapist dedicated to helping clients move away from “obligation-based living” and into a life of greater agency and emotional clarity. With a therapeutic style that is warm, thoughtful, and deeply collaborative, Brittany creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore long-standing patterns and heal attachment wounds.
Brittany believes that meaningful change occurs when clients feel understood and empowered to make choices without the heavy burden of shame or fear. She works with a diverse age range, providing specialized care for children ages 5 and up through seniors (up to 105!).
