Stephanie Baker

President-Practice and Practice manager

As the Founder and President–Practice Manager of Reliant Counseling, I am often the first person you’ll connect with when reaching out for support. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, my priority is ensuring that every client feels welcomed, cared for, and safe from the very first interaction.

I oversee the daily operations of the practice, including billing, insurance inquiries, and scheduling, while helping guide new clients through the intake process. I thoughtfully match individuals with the therapist who best fits their needs and provide clear, compassionate communication to make each step feel smooth and comfortable. I also coordinate care between our treatment team and outside providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive, collaborative support.

I genuinely love helping people take that first brave step toward healing and am honored to support our community in this role. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, sipping coffee, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
